Decent rooms in a nice hotel. The rooms could be updated as they seem a bit dated and a bit worn. We ran out of hit water one morning - I'd guess because the hotel was full and entire was up at the same time. However I'd stay here again if I went back to the island. Great breakfast, but it gets crowded when the hotel is full. Free Wi-Fi, but you go through a hotel portal, so Netflix and Chromecast didn't work very well. There was a small fridge in the room and a good size balcony with a good view, especially if you like airplanes. Free parking, but it does get very full as locals use the fitness facilities.

We stayed for 10 days location was perfect walking distance to Avenida and shops, very clean the cleaning people where amazing helpful and friendly. Check in was easy , the only thing I felt that there was not enough communication . This was our first time there we had no sense of direction, they didn't offer us any information when checking in about tours activity, what the hotel has to offer in advance. Spa was very limited with massages. No one to help with luggage's to your room or explained how the light works in the room with your card ??? Breakfast was well organizes food was delicious , We notice that the employee don't make any conversation with the guess, I felt that they where Robots. It would've been nice to hear Good Morning , how are you , is every good or okay. There was no interaction what so ever , they look more unhappy with their job and their boss was on their tail making sure that the tablet where clean. I would love to see these young kids have a in interaction with guest . The bar was excellent Hugo one of the bar tender was awesome very attentive , always greeted us with a smile, very pleasant and when above and beyond with his service. Thank you HUGO . Joann Vicente

Great hotel, with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. City center is within walking distance. We stayed in a superior room and it is very spacious. Breakfast in the room is super - large portions with a great variety.

Good Buffet, but would be good to see more traditional local food. Great location, restaurant is really nice and Staff service was excellent.

Nice hotel, not far from the town centre. Room was nice, big and clean. But the breakfast was not so good. The coffee for breakfast was awful.
